Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier handling,
warehouse location, and order volume.
Estimated delivery times
The ranges below are counted from the day the order is placed and already include
the processing time described above. Delivery times shown on product pages and at
checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing,
carrier performance, local holidays, and warehouse origin.
Germany: approx. 7–18 business days
European Union: approx. 7–20 business days
United Kingdom: approx. 7–20 business days
United States: approx. 8–20 business days
Canada, Australia, and other international destinations: approx. 10–25 business days
In individual cases, delivery may take longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free to every destination we ship to, on every order, with no minimum
order value. No shipping charge is added at checkout.
Free shipping covers carriage only. It does not cover any customs duties, import
taxes or clearance fees that the destination country may charge on arrival — see
“Customs, import duties, and taxes” below.
Multiple packages
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates.
This can happen when items are sourced from different warehouses or suppliers.
Customs, import duties, and taxes
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other destination-country charges
may apply. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for checking whether additional import-related charges apply in their country.
Delivery restrictions

Delays and non-delivery
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, transportation disruptions, supplier issues,
incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control.
If a shipment is returned, refused, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address,
unpaid import charges, or failure to accept delivery, additional costs may apply.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier and destination.
